The impact of Covid-19 has been detrimental to all businesses in the UK.  A significant number of UK companies, across all sectors, small and large, have had to take measures to ensure business continuity is maintained as much as possible. They have made difficult decisions about staff and production. 

Despite the lockdown, it is now time to look to the future. Businesses can use this time to review their sales capability.  They should consider some points from a series of webinars hosted by Mike Hurley and Andrew Trender to prepare for the eventual upturn after lockdown. Most businesses will be thinking about sales recovery, and fundamental to that is the updating of your sales strategy considering Covid-19 and its aftermath.
