In this webinar, you will learn about how the COVID-19 pandemic has driven a rapid and sustained change in our business to business sales effort. Not everything has changed for our sales professionals. Still, there have been significant changes in terms of the customer buying centres, with the continued rise in importance of the buying journey over the sales process. These changes are the starting point for us to reassess our go to market approach over the next decade. Recognising these changes is the first step into creating a new go-to-market strategy. The webinar identifies several themes and action areas to focus on as we can continue to grow and develop our businesses in these most interesting times.

Key Takeaways

  • How the customers buying centres continue to change rapidly
  • Critical steps in transitioning to a digital selling go to market approach
  • Being data-driven is no longer a nice to have
