In this webinar you will learn how the L4 sales apprenticeship programme has impacted Capita‚Äôs Software division over the last twelve months. Alison will specifically talk about her passion for investing in apprenticeships and the value they bring; the experience she has had so far and how this embeds within the wider strategy for apprenticeships in Capita, explaining why apprenticeships are key to Capita creating better outcomes. This is especially important in the COVID climate, to actively support continual growth and development whilst working remotely and in an agile environment. You will also find out how this programme forms a key part of the development  journey for her graduate community. Alison will be sharing a number of real life stories from the individuals and the benefits they have personally gained. She will also share the impact seen from the manager perspective and why they see the programme as a real enabler to develop the skills needs for the future.

Key takeaways:

  • How individuals can benefit from the sales apprenticeship
  • How the organisation can benefit from the sales apprenticeship
  • Tips on how apprenticeships can be used to create better outcomes
